Managing Partner Lynton Mortensen is no stranger to combining open water swimming and raising funds for charity.

Lynton is the first Australian and the 12th person in the world to complete the Oceans Seven swims (Gibraltar Strait, English Channel, North Channel, Catalina Island, Molokai Channel, Tsugaru Strait and Cook Strait) and used his epic swims to raise funds for the Children's Hospital Foundation.

HBM Lawyers is involved in charity events with a particular focus on supporting serious childhood illness and injury.

Lynton has appeared in Outdoor Swimmer magazine and was nominated for the 2017 Open Water Swimming Man of the Year. He currently holds the record for fastest back-to-back turnaround between his English Channel and North Channel swims – only 17 days.
