Greg Pash, BCom, LLB, GDipLegPrac, is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
Since his admission in 2009, Greg has largely practised in insurance litigation advising a variety of insurers and self insureds on public and product liability, professional indemnity, property damage, disciplinary matters, employment practices liability, and medical negligence claims.
Greg has advised large commercial insurers and self insurers on all aspects of claims under the Civil Liability Act and Regulations 2003 (Qld), the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 (Qld) and the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth).
Greg structures his advice to align with clients’ commercial, policy and statutory objectives and adopts a common sense and cost-effective approach for clients.
Greg joined HBM as a solicitor in 2016.
