Nicole Dinnen, LLB, JP (Qual), is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the High Court of Australia and is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Since her admission in 1997, Nicole has worked in insurance litigation, specialising in scheme work in jurisdictions including Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
Nicole has acted for statutory and commercial insurers and clients in the workers’ compensation, public liability and CTP fields. She advises on a broad range of issues arising from insurance claims and litigation, including indemnity considerations, compliance and procedural issues, liability, quantum assessments, and fraud claims.
Nicole joined HBM Lawyers in 2014 as a Senior Associate.
